The team consists of highly qualified professionals with various skill mix complementing each other in pursuit of the institutional objectives. Our operational targets are two fold and forms the two core elements of our corporate DNA. First, is our quest to improve customer care delivery through affordable quality training and secondly, to be able to raise operational excellence standards to achieve sustainable growth for the institution.

Our future plans are to diligently grow our operations regionally by building sound and lasting relationships with strategic partners. Through our dedicated and focused management teams, we have been able to attract staff that share our vision.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

The key functions of the Executive Management team are to position the college strategically and to be an integrator for the whole organization. The management supports the development of a coherent, corporate vision and strategic directions, from which corporate objectives and priorities can be drawn from. In turn, this corporate view ensures that all institutional activities are fully aligned with Boitekanelo College's strategic goals and government of Botswana objectives. The Executive Management consists of five (5) members appointed by the Board of Governance, and these are; The Managing Director, Provost Administration and Finance, Provost Academic Affairs, Provost Academic Services, and the Internal Auditor.

ACADEMIC COUNCIL

This body is charged amongst other things with the responsibility of managing the affairs and concerns of the institution. It serves as the advisory body to the Board of Governance. It is empowered to protect and enhance the provision of quality educational services. It has general control and direction of teaching and research activities, examinations, the conferment and awards of diplomas and certificates.
